Less than 100 metres from the local Four Square, hairdressers, fish and chip shop and the Lucky Lizard bar, in the Richmond Heights shopping centre with the Council playground just across the road. This is a classic Kiwi Bach as we know and love, it is a simple and privately owned family home, made for families to enjoy and make lasting memories of Great Lake Taupō. For this reason, there may be a level of personal belongings. This is a family home in a quiet residential area, not suitable for large groups of adults of 6 or more. Other things to note • We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted. • The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. • For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. • It's your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed. • All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. • A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal. • All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.
