Balcones del Chaparral Is one of the most beautiful Urbanisations on Mijas Costa and the Costa del Sol. Located just 29km from Malaga Airport, and 25km from Marbella. The Urbanisation is very well maintain with landscapes gardens and 2 large swimming pools with a shallow side perfect for the small children. The complex is gated and at the top of the pool there is a Pool Bar for a cold drink and also some tapas. On walking short distance you will find the beach and some restaurants. The space The property has been furnished & decorated to a very luxury standard. Modern Dining Area and a Large sitting room with Satellite TV, DVD. We have 2 swimming pools, one is open all year round, and the second one is open from mid June until end of September (summer months), for this second one we need to contract a life guard by law. Please be aware that if there is a drought in the Province the pools might be closed. This point is determinated by the Spanish Authorities, so nothing we can do about it. Other things to note Never move furniture around. On your departure day, please put all the rubbish in the bins containers outside of the Complex, close all windows and doors and turn off the A/C units Please do not slam doors or make other excessive noise. Please do not hang towels or washing over the balconies where they are an eyesore for other residents. Please use the drying rack. Rubbish should be placed in securely tied plastic bags and put in the dustbins in front of Urbanization MyraMar. Dogs are forbidden in the garden and pool area and they should be escorted on a lead when transiting the community areas. Please keep noise from radios and televisions etc. at reasonable levels, particularly after midnight. Please ensure prams & push bikes et car not blocking the corridors.
