Our house "Les Deux Figuiers "is ideally located in a quiet location, in the pretty village of Port d 'Envaux labeled Pierres and waters, the house offers you a magnificent view of the Charente River, a river beach 400 m away. The house is ideally located in a quiet cul-de-sac, in the pretty village of Port d 'Envaux labeled with Stones and Water, this charming house offers you a magnificent view of the Charente River and the countryside. The house opens directly along the hallway of the owners' houses in the very typical Charentais village of Port d 'Envaux labeled with "stone and water". This small path leads along the Charente 400 meters away, to a small river beach with supervised swimming, with sand and games for children, boat and canoe rentals as well as a charming guinguette. It is no longer necessary to take your car to go swimming, no traffic jams or problems to park but nearby a friendly summer and family atmosphere. You can also find in the village 2 renowned restaurants as well as a pizzeria, a bakery and a supermarket. In summer, many events animate the village: fishing competition, fireworks on July 14, flea market, concerts ... 400 meters from the village, a unique place known worldwide, the “lapidiales” unites the stonemasons from all over the world and their works. They offer demonstrations and cutting-edge courses in an open-air museum and nearby is the galaxy of raised stones inaugurated in 2023, with 365 monumental sculptures there will be little erected by 2060. The house comprises: On the ground floor: an entrance, a large living-dining room with sofas , a large table, a beautiful stone fireplace, large TV, an equipped kitchen ( stove, range hood, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, cutlery, glasses etc...) with direct access to the garden and the terrace overlooking the Charente. A bedroom with a 130 bed. Toilets. Upstairs 2 other bedrooms: a large bedroom with a nice 140 four-poster bed + a 90-person bed, a second large bedroom with 2 80 beds (suitable for 2 people or a couple), a shower room with sink, shower, toilet and bidet In a small outbuilding in the garden is the washing machine.
