Stay in a Roman villa!Metro closeby

1st floor apartment in a 3 storey villa with a wide garden. It is quiet and airy. It has 1 bedroom w. bathroom en suite, a furnished kitchen corner and a light dining room. A/C bedroom has a double/twin bed; a single sofa bed for a 3rd person/child is in the dining room. WiFi. Bus to the center is only 100mt & subway 800mt. Lively district with a true Roman flavor full of wine bars, bistrots & restaurants where to dine "al fresco". Open air market and supermarket/groceries etc 100 mt. away . The space From my house you can easily reach the city center by public transport (bus and metro) and still take advantage of a quiet space where relax yourself after a day of sightseeing. It 's perfect for 2 people, but there is also a single sofa bed in the veranda or a baby cot for a child. The garden is a little bit wild, but you might admire the flowering of some ancient roses as Alberic Barbier, Banksiae, Mermaid, Souvenir de la Malmaison, la Follette, or you might pick medlars, persimmons or lemons, in the right season. There are also aromatic herbs, such as rosemary, Roman mint, lemon balm and wild garlic. And if you wish to go out at night, in the neighborhood you will find many nice places where to dine or have a drink. Supermarkets, open air market and essential are at walking distance Guest access My guests can relax themselves in the garden at their pleasure but being a common area of the entire villa it is requested to not disturb the quiet and to not use it during the night time. If you travel by bike you can park it in the garden and go to the center through the bike path nearby. Other things to note For any problems during your stay please contact me immediately.
