South-facing house, single-story, ideally located, overlooking the sea on the peninsula of St Mandrier, impasse de la Corniche d'Or. With its 3 terraces, you can choose between the sun or the shade of the olive tree. In 2 minutes, you can walk to the customs trail that leads to the beach of Coudoulière (pebbles - shoes recommended - blue flag) below. You are also minutes from the center and its shops, its market, and sea shuttles to Toulon or Porquerolles. The space Two external stairs allow you to access the house, which is on one level. Built in 1975, with an area of 85 m2, it has a double living room with sea view (accessing the 2nd and 3rd terrace), two bedrooms with double bed directly overlooking the 1st terrace (4 adults max) and a children's room with 2 bunk beds (4 children max). The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, induction cooktop, toaster, mixer, blender, kettle, Senseo, etc.). The laundry room (washing machine) is located outside in the shed at the back of the house. Guest access A guide to access the house will be sent to you a few days before your arrival, whether you come by car or train. Other things to note Linens and towels are not included and can be rented separately. Some stairs are made of natural stone and can therefore be steep for very young children or people with some difficulty moving around. For the summer period and certain school holiday periods, we favor weekly rentals and ideally from Saturday to Saturday.
