Only 3.4 km from the beaches: Santiago de la Ribeira and San Pedro del Pinatar. The space The finca is 115m2 on a plot of 500m2. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. The house is situated to the south and has a beautiful garden with large trees.The swimmingpool with outside shower is 8X4 m. In the garden you will find comfortable sunbeds, a hammock and table for 6 adults and 2 children, with large umbrella. There is also a BBQ present. The kitchen is fully equiped: fridge with freezer, washingmachine, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, coffeemaker and kettle. There is a TV in the living room. You will also have access to a hair dryer, iron, ironingboard and vacuum cleaner. There is airco in the entire house. We also offer you, free of charge, bed linen and towels. No beach towels.
