Cipressi is fully immersed in the wonderful and peaceful woods of Montemarcello-Magra Natural Park just 3 min ride from the hamlet of Montemarcello, 15 min from the sea side and 50 min from Cinque Terre. A completely renovated stone cottage fully equipped with 1 kitchen and living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and another bathroom. Ideal for families of 4/5 people. The space Cipressi is an independent stone house nestled in the woods of a private property of 29 acres in the heart of the Regional Natural Park along the road Lerici-Montemarcello. The house of medieval origin is completely renovated on two floors and built with natural materials maintaining the original features. On the ground floor there is an open living space with fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there are one bathroom with shower and two double bedrooms one of which has its own access from the outside. Here you are completely surrounded by trees and you are free to enjoy all the space around the cottage. In the yard of the house there’s also a BBQ at your disposal. This is the ideal place for those looking for peace and quiet: in the shade of the trees, breathing the sea breeze you can reconnect with nature and forget your electronic devices. However if you need there is a Wi-Fi spot at the reception of the property. You are free to take a stroll through the woods and among the typical stone walls that frame the Ligurian landscape. There are excellent hiking opportunities to explore across the area. If you choose walking on the Tyrrhenian side you can spot enchanting views towards the Gulf of La Spezia up to Porto Venere and the islands of Tino, Tinetto and Palmaria. On the opposite side beyond the Magra river you’ll enjoy the view of the white peaks of the Apuan Alps. Guest access Cipressi Stone Cottage can be reached on foot along a gently sloping path in the woods about 5 minutes from the parking located inside the property. When you'll arrive we'll be happy to welcome you and walk you to your stone house. We will help you with your luggage with our UTV. ONCE RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED, WE KINDLY ASK GUESTS TO SEND US A COPY OF ALL THEIR DOCUMENTS BY EMAIL TO SIMPLIFY THE REGISTRATION PROCEDURE TO THE AUTHORITIES. TOURIST TAX (1€ PER DAY PER PAX) MUST BE PAID DIRECTLY by cash UPON ARRIVAL. Other things to note SWIMMING POOL Inside the property, 400 m from your house, there is also a swimming pool for common use, located in the middle of the woods, on a plain overlooking the Gulf of Poets. Opening hours 10-13 and 15-18 (June-September). For safety reasons, only 5 people are allowed to swim in the pool at a time. There is also a sunbathing area for sunbathing and relaxing that can accommodate 8-10 people. Children are only allowed with adults and are under their supervision. No lifeguard on duty. Please follow the pool rules which will be submitted and to be sign N.B. For the swimming pool, please use your own beach towels. We only provide household linen. HIKES AND TRIPS - From your stone house you can join many marked hiking trails AVG(Alta Via del Golfo) of Montemarcello-Magra Park . On foot you can reach the quaint hamlets of Montemarcello (20 min), Tellaro (45 min) and Lerici (90 min). - The sea is only 15 minutes away by car with the possibility to choose between rocky, pebble or sandy beaches (Forte dei Marmi is 20 min away) - By car you can easily reach the hamlet of Montemarcello (3 min), Ameglia (14 min), Tellaro (19 min), Lerici (20 min) and Sarzana (23 min). Cinque Terre is 30’ by train from La Spezia. - About an hour drive away you can also reach the Cinque Terre and beautiful towns of arts and culture such as Pisa, Lucca and Florence.
