Cipressi - forest retreat on the Gulf side

Cipressi is fully immersed in the wonderful and peaceful woods of Montemarcello-Magra Natural Park just 3 min ride from the hamlet of Montemarcello, 15 min from the sea side and 50 min from Cinque Terre. A completely renovated stone cottage fully equipped with 1 kitchen and living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and another bathroom. Ideal for families of 4/5 people. The space Casa Cipressi is located within a private 12‑hectare property inside the Montemarcello‑Magra Natural Park, along the Lerici–Montemarcello road. It is reached via a short walk through the woods from the private parking area. The house, originally medieval, has been fully renovated over two floors using natural materials while preserving its authentic character. On the ground floor there is a spacious living area with an open kitchen and a bathroom with shower; on the upper floor you’ll find two bedrooms and a second bathroom. The smaller bedroom has direct access to the outdoors, with a door opening onto the woods. The house is surrounded by grassy terraces and trees, and guests are free to enjoy all the outdoor space around the property. A BBQ is also available. This is the ideal place for those seeking peace, quiet and fresh air. In the cool shade of the woods, with the sea breeze drifting through, it’s easy to slow down, reconnect with nature and enjoy an authentic stay. Several trails start directly from the property, crossing the park and running alongside the traditional dry‑stone walls. On the Tyrrhenian side, you’ll find views over the Gulf of La Spezia stretching to Porto Venere and the islands of Tino, Tinetto and Palmaria; on the opposite side, beyond the Magra River, you can admire the white peaks of the Apuan Alps. Guest access Casa Cipressi is a 5‑minute walk along a woodland path with a gentle slope, starting from the private parking area inside our property. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed and accompanied to the house; we will take care of transporting your luggage with our agriturismo’s UTV. After booking, we will kindly ask for the information required for guest registration according to local regulations. You can send it easily and securely via Airbnb messages. Other things to note The house is a 5‑minute walk along a woodland path with a gentle slope, starting from the private parking area inside our property. Near Casa Mago there is another detached house of the agriturismo (Bruxinha), with which it shares only the small external entrance gate from the forest path. There is no Wi‑Fi inside the house by choice: we aim to offer a fully nature‑immersive experience. Wi‑Fi is available at the agriturismo’s reception area (Starlink). POOL A shared swimming pool is available on the property, located on a flat terrace in the woods about 250–300 meters from the house, overlooking the Gulf of Poets. Access is limited to opening hours (10:00–18:00, June–September) and the pool may be temporarily closed in case of bad weather or unsafe conditions. For safety reasons, only 5 people may swim at the same time; the sunbathing area can host 8–10 people. Children are allowed only under adult supervision. No lifeguard on duty. Please bring your own beach towels (we provide only household linen). Use of the pool requires compliance with the internal pool rules, which we will send before arrival. CLEANING FEE and TOURIST TAX are not included: €100 per stay + €1 per adult per night, payable upon arrival. The surrounding woodland is natural and wild: you may encounter local wildlife and typical insects. Not suitable for guests who require direct car access or Wi‑Fi inside the house.
