Villa Sagitta is all about peace, relaxation and serenity. Situated 7kms from central Ubud, at the top of a river gorge and with magnificent views across indigenous Balinese forest, it's well positioned for the sights that guests want to visit while in the area. The villa has 6 bedrooms, all en-suite, sleeping 12 people (we charge for a minimum of 6 guests). There is wonderful outdoor living and a beautiful infinity pool. We also have a large yoga deck with gorgeous views of the valley. The space The villa is furnished in an eclectic mix of contemporary design and magnificent Balinese antiques. We have taken great care to decorate the villa as an appealing home rather than as a charmless vacation rental! We believe that holidays are made to relax and not to cook or clean. Our 5-person staff at Villa Sagitta, and the services we provide (housekeeping, cooking, babysitting, concierge, massage and a car and driver), allow guests to do what they should be doing on holiday - relaxing and enjoying the experience. Guests can access the whole villa and it is only ever rented to one group at a time. You obviously have access to the kitchen (some guests like to store things in the fridge, or watch the cooks at work) but we are not a self-catering villa. Our neighbourhood is famous for its important and historic temples. There is a private temple on the property, as well as a beautiful old temple a mere 100 metres away. Immersed in spirituality, it is impossible not to relax while visiting there! We have an excellent team, run by a wonderful manager, Yande, who will look after your every need in a very discreet and unassuming way. The villa is situated at the end of a small village. The neighbourhood is very quiet. Central Ubud is a 10-15 minute drive through beautiful rice paddies. We have a car and driver on hand for your whole stay. It's a very simple, reasonably priced and spontaneous service that you can use if, and when, you choose. Villa Sagitta is not a self-catering villa. We have a full staff who will prepare your complimentary breakfast and any other meals you require, do the housekeeping and babysit if you need. We have a simple, well-priced menu from which you can order. Guest access The whole villa is available to guests. We only ever rent to one group at a time. Other things to note The pool does not have a fence (although we can arrange a temporary one if needed) and the garden is steep in parts.
