One of the oldest houses in the quiet fishing village of Colonia San Pedro right on the sea in the northeast of the island. Among other things, this region is wonderful for hikers. The space The house is about 135 square meters and is centrally located right in the small town of Colonia San Pedro, a 3-minute walk to the sea and the "village beach." 1 minute to Bar Centro, where there is a very tasty cafe con leche. 1 minute to the village supermarket. It's wonderfully quiet here. Just right to recharge. In this village there is only a small hotel on the edge of the village. Many Mallorcans have their weekend house here or live here all year round. So you won't find any "bed towns" here. The house has a small garden with a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The highlight is the roof terrace, from which you can experience a wonderful sunset and see the sea.... On the ground floor is the open living room with dining area and integrated new kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped; dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, kitchen scale, etc. Various pots, pans, and everything else you need. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with 2 new single beds and new mattresses 90 x 200 cm, which can also be pushed together wonderfully and then result in a cozy double bed. Also on the ground floor is the newly renovated bathroom with a spacious shower area. The bathroom has a window. On the upper floor is another bedroom with a new double bed 160 x 200 cm, as well as a spacious bathroom with bathtub, bidet, and also a window. This bathroom is not yet completely renovated, but really very spacious and bright. From the bedroom, you can reach the wonderful roof terrace, from which you have a sensational view. The house is equipped with 2 air conditioning units. One in the living room and another in the upper bedroom. However, these are only intended for heating in the cold season. If it is so warm in the house in summer that the air conditioning is needed, we will gladly provide the controls for this, for an extra €10.00 per day. Please do not smoke in the house!! There is enough space for this in the outdoor area, the terraces and the covered terrace in the garden. The rental price includes the legally prescribed tourist tax that we have to pay to the Ajuntament. This is €2.00 per person per night. This applies to all persons over the age of 16.
