On the tranquil outskirts of Conil de la Frontera, the brand new home Villa Los Olivares was built in 2019 and ensures a restful holiday experience with absolute privacy and a fantastic, fenced outdoor area. Other things to note With its simple and elegant decoration, the beautiful holiday home consists of an open-plan, modern living/dining room with an integrated, well-equipped kitchen and a cosy fireplace, 4 bedrooms (3 with 2 single beds each and one with a double bed) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a television. In the generous outdoor area, you are invited to sunbathe on the terrace in the comfortable loungers, refresh yourself in the cool water of the pool and play together on the fresh grass of the garden. In the warm evenings, prepare delicious meals together on the grill and enjoy them at the long table on the terrace. While a few restaurants and a supermarket are within 1.5 km of the property, you will find a fantastic selection of shops, cafes, bars and cultural activities in the centre of Conil de la Frontera, which is about 4 km or a 6-minute drive away. The famous beaches along the coastline await your visit about a 10-minute drive away, including the beach Playa Fuente del Gallo. Here you can relax on the soft, golden sand and admire the glittering waves that wash up on shore. Parking spaces are available on the property. The property accepts pets. Please note that a security deposit is to be paid in cash upon arrival, which will be reimbursed in the same way after departure. Late checkout is available on request for an extra cost. Firewood for the fireplace is not included.
