Large central 4-story townhouse - Timeout 2024

Welcome to my Townhouse in the colourful art filled bohemian quarter of Bristol, recently voted 6th coolest neighbourhood in the world by Timeout (sept 2024) The 4-story house is right in the thick of it, one of the largest & central places on Airbnb perfect for big groups, a short walk to awesome bars & restaurants. Base price covers 14 guests its £49 per person per night after this number. Wifi throughout, massive kitchen, comfy beds, lounge w/ 65" OLED & PS4. South-facing garden has a gas BBQ The space The house is located between Stokes Croft and Cabot Circus keep walking through Castle Park to get to the Centre. The Artists Residence has a full cocktail menu and a laid back vibe only a few minutes from the house or if craft ales are more you thing check out New Bristol Brewery (open Friday and Saturday) and then a little further Wiper and True and LHG Brew Pub. Award winning bakery Faro does exceptional pastries and also great coffee or check out Greytone coffee. The new flagship M&S with its expansive food market level is in Cabot Circus (5 mins walk away) there are also convenience stores close by the house plus 24 hr booze shops in Stokes Croft (5 mins walk away in the opposite directon) here you will also find some fantastic pubs and bars including the Full Moon, the Croft and the Social (also does a top breakfast with loads of space for a big group) For late night dancing check out the Love Inn and my personal favourite the Pipe and Slippers. There are loads of other recommendations including resturants just ask! The house is 5/10 mins walk from the main Bus Station and 15/20 mins walk from Temple meads or a 5 min Uber. There are 6 bedrooms and a lounge that has 2 sofa beds. 3 bathrooms including a walk-in shower and 3 toilets. The base price covers 14 guests after that its £49 per guest per night (please note this price is just for the extra guests) Bed situation 2 x Super king beds 4 x King size beds 5 x Double sofa beds 4 x Single sofa beds Towels and bedding provided. The Townhouse is art filled in keeping with the area and offers central accommodation for groups such as family/friends attending a wedding, university graduations, group getaways, sports teams playing/spectators watching that away game or just looking for a comfy large house to share with friends. Stag/Hen/Same sex group friendly subject to agreeing to the house rules please have a read and make sure you are happy before reaching out. As well as the numerous bedrooms there is a huge lounge that sits a large group comfortably and big kitchen with tables and benches avaiable to use for beer pong or dining. An American style fridge with Ice machine, dishwasher, double oven, gas hob and a built in microwave oven. In the back there is a nice sunny south facing garden perfect for the gas BBQ provided with lots of outdoor seating. The electricity that powers the house is 100% renewable and the gas is fully offset by planting trees. There is a 65 inch OLED TV connected to a PS4 Pro both with 4 controllers (FIFA/COD/Borderlands) and a PS3 with 6 controllers for 6 player FIFA in the lounge. There is a 65 inch TV with a Wii (MarioKart plus many more games) and PS4 in the top large bedroom. The house is located outside the congestion charge zone with lots of on street parking, it is the inner city so be prepared to drive around a bit. Free parking at the weekends and between 5pm and 9am during the week. Outside these times you can use the pay and display meters (Mon-Fri 9-5) we have other options too so no worries there. The pay and display meters also offer 30 mins free just enter your reg and press the green button. Guest access This is a great house for large groups looking for a stylish house to enjoy all Bristol has to offer! It is 4 storys though and although there is a big bedroom on the ground floor bathrooms need to be accessed via stairs.
