The Zanzoo Estate, Redlynch Valley

A classic North Queensland timber home set on a private 13 acre estate. It has everything for the large family or group - swimming pool, tennis court, lush gardens and the beautiful Freshwater Creek. Horse riding lessons and school holiday programs available at Crystal Cascades Horse Park. The space There are very few holiday homes in the Cairns area that are equipped and able to sleep up to 15 people. Zanzoo Retreat is one of them! This large comfortable house is located in the wonderful rural setting of the Redlynch Valley, surrounded by rainforest and creeks yet close to the centre of Cairns. 6 Bedrooms, 3 sleep-outs, (12 beds available) King beds can be made up as twin singles if requested. Zanzoo Retreat is NOT available for any parties, events or wedding receptions - please read through house rules, thank you. Guest access There is only one work shed on the property that guests do not have access to. A property caretaking couple live in another house on the property, but they will respect your privacy. Other things to note Bedding arrangements MUST be fixed with the house manager before arrival. King beds can be split to give twin singles so housekeeping needs to know what sheets and mattress protectors are required before you get there. Once set they can't be altered without charge as sheets are all pre-ordered. Air conditioned areas of the house: The kitchen and the living room downstairs are not air conditioned. The sleepouts are not airconditioned. 6 bedrooms and the upstairs living room are airconditioned. Tennis racquets are provided - there is a replacement charge if these are lost or damaged. Please bring your own tennis balls. *** CCTV surveillance cameras are installed outdoors as part of the property security plan. Wifi service in the Redlynch Valley area is not guaranteed as being 'reliable and fast' this is out of our control.
