The space There are very few holiday homes in the Cairns and surrounding area that are equipped and able to sleep up to 16 people. This large comfortable house is located in the wonderful rural setting of the Redlynch Valley, surrounded by rainforest and creeks yet close to the centre of Cairns. 6 Bedrooms, 3 sleep-outs (16 beds available) king beds can be made up as twin singles if requested. 'The Zanzoo Estate' is available for special occasions or events, wedding ceremonies and receptions. "We’d love to host your event! Just make sure to check in with us for approval before you start planning." Guest access Property Boundaries & Privacy: To ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, please be aware of the following: Caretaker Privacy: For your convenience, our caretakers reside on-site. They will fully respect your privacy, and we kindly ask that you respect theirs in return. Off-Limits Areas: The work shed is a private area and is not accessible to guests. The North-Eastern grassed area located beyond the caretaker’s residence is also a private zone and is off-limits to guests. Events: While we want you to enjoy the grounds, all events or large gatherings require prior approval. Other things to note Bedding: Arrangements MUST be arranged with the property manager prior to arrival. King beds can be split to provide twin singles, housekeeping will need to know prior to arrival. Once set they can not be altered without charge. Climate Control & Cooling: For your comfort, the house is equipped with air conditioning in the following areas: Downstairs - All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The kitchen unit is high-capacity and designed to cool the downstairs living area as well. Upstairs - The main bedrooms and living spaces are fully air-conditioned. Sleepouts - Please note that there is no air conditioning in the three upstairs sleepouts. Tennis Court: Lighting for use of an evening. Tennis racquets are provided however there is a replacement charge if these are lost or damaged. Please suply your own tennis balls. Security: CCTV surveillance cameras are installed outdoors as part of the property security plan. Wifi service in the Redlynch Valley area is not guaranteed as being 'reliable and fast' this is out of our control.
