The space Welcome to Lakeside Retreat Nagambie, a spacious and comfortable place to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Nagambie. Your family and friends will love the convenience of our location, just a 10-minute walk along the lake to the town centre. Whether you fancy a cold beer at the brewery, a hearty meal at one of the local pubs, or fish n chips by the lake, you will be spoilt for choice. Eighteen Sixty is a great Italian restaurant with fab local wines. Remember to bring your tennis racket and beach towels as you will have access to the estate facilities (gym, pool and tennis court). If you are a wine lover a visit to Mitchelton and Tahbilk wineries is a must-two of the most renowned wineries in Australia. Both are a short 10-15 minute drive from our house. You will enjoy tasting their award-winning wines and learning about their history and culture. The Nagambie foreshore walk is perfect for your morning walk and is a short stroll from the house. The parkrun start is a 5 min walk from the front door. If you are looking for some fun and adventure a 5 min walk along the lakes edge and you can enjoy the wacky inflatable water and splash park 💦 A great way to cool off and have fun with your family and friends.
