On the ground floor, there are: Kitchen /Living room with double sofa bed, large bathroom with 2 showers, a storage/laundry room, plus porch and pergola. On the first floor, there are: Double bedroom with balcony, double bedroom and toilet. Inside the residence there is free parking, a swimming pool for adults and children, and a bar. The space The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils. The house is ideal for those looking for relaxation in contact with nature and want to discover the thousand pearls that this corner of Sicily has to offer, incredible views and breathtaking sunsets. The Gulf of Macari extends from the eastern side of Monte Cofano to Capo San Vito. The seaside village of Macari is about 3 km from the municipality of San Vito lo Capo. The beaches that can be used in the immediate vicinity are: Baia Santa Margherita, characterized by its clear waters and vegetation that give it a typically Mediterranean charm.
