The house is registered for 4 people (65 m²). The house consists of: - one double bedroom (with king size bed and air conditioning) which leads you to another double bedroom (also with king size bed and air conditioning); - bathroom with shower/toilet and living; - living room/kitchen with dining area and fireplace, stretchable sofa and air conditioning. The decoration of bedrooms is inspired by Mediterranean herbs therefore first room is “Rosemary room” and the second room is “Lavender room”. Due to the fact that my family has more than 100 years tradition in wine making living room/kitchen is decorated with wine as a key inspiration. There is a big terrace in front of the house (approx. 30 m²) with table, ideal for dining. Additionally to that in garden is barbecue with additional table and chairs, perfect for chilling out with glass of wine under magnificent starry sky. Also in garden you can find two sunbeds with small desk, ideal location for leisure, reading a book or just sunbathing. House is pets friendly, and large garden is suitable for boat trailers. In port of Krnica is platform for vessels entry. At request you can purchase homemade wine, schnapps and olive oil from us. The house is situated in the village of Bratulici, in a large (4500 m²) garden. Bratulici is small quiet village with approx. 20 houses and our house is on the village fringe so you have all the privacy you might want. The large estate offers numerous possibilities to play and relax. It is also a perfect playground for children of all ages. Further details: house is fully equipped with bed linen, towels, iron, hairdryer, washing machine, drying rack, kitchenware, toilet paper, soap and garbage bags. Kitchen is equipped with: stove with oven, refrigerator, toaster, electric water boiler, cutlery, pots and pans, dishes, kitchen towel, sponge, detergent and some basic necessities for food preparation such as oil, salt, pepper, sugar. Tap water is drinkable. If you have small children you can use high chair and travel cot. The beach is 7 km away. If you do not like crowded beaches this is the beach for you. The house is ideal for quiet rest. But location of the house enables you to reach most of Istrian towns famous for its sights, food and wine (e.g. Pula, Rovinj) within 45 minutes so you can get out, have fun and return to your quiet piece of heaven in Bratulici.
