The space ‘Amaroo’ has been finished to the highest of standards, from the lavish marble tiled alfresco entertainment area right through to the highest quality linen and towels, ‘Amaroo’ has been thoughtfully prepared for the ultimate comfort and enjoyment. Perfect for all occasions, ‘Amaroo’ is ideal as a couples’ getaway or for two families wishing to holiday together, yet allowing each to have their own plush private space. With three distinct living spaces there is plenty of room for the whole family to relax and enjoy the entertainment of choice. Downstairs lounge is equipped with comfortable sofas, HDTV, DVD player and NETFLIX, while an adjoining rumpus room is also available to keep the children happy with board games and toys to be enjoyed. This area opens directly onto the alfresco and pool entertainments areas bringing the outside in. Upstairs provides for the cinema lovers in the family with the Media/Family room set up for the perfect big screen experience or PS4 entertainment. Relax in the beautiful entertainment areas and watch the whales go by, while the children take a dip in the heated 9 x 4 metre deluxe heated swimming pool which is seitting at comfortable 28 degrees. (Not heated during Winter months & may not reach full temperature in bad weather) ‘Amaroo’ has five luxuriously appointed and spacious bedrooms: - Bedroom Configuration:- Bedroom 1: King Size Bed with ensuite, featuring double shower, luxury toiletries and magnificent limestone tiles, a walk in wardrobe, remote controlled blinds and best of all unbelievable expansive ocean views from the private Juliette balcony. TV & DVD facilities and quality linen and towels. Bedroom 2: King Size Bed featuring unbelievable ocean and lighthouse views. A private Juliette balcony, ensuite with luxury toiletries and magnificent marble tiles. TV & DVD facilities and quality linen and towels. Bedroom 3: Queen Size Bed with two way bathroom access (huge bath+shower ), marble tiles and quality linen and towels & toiletries. Bedroom 4: Queen Size Bed, great ocean views, desk TV & DVD , quality linen & towels. Bedroom 5: Single bed with desk, quality linen & towels. Please note that pool & Beach towels are not provided. NOTICE: ‘Amaroo’ management have strict policy and procedure to ensure the quiet & good order of the community is maintained inline with Kiama Council requirements. This is NOT a party house. Strictly NO hens, bucks or group birthday parties. Tenancy involves strict vetting procedures. Booking guests must be 30+ years & staying guest.. Any breaches to house rules will result in guests being asked to leave the property immediately without refund.
