The villa Les Bois (or gîte Les Bois) is located in Gignac in the Hérault Single-story villa, located in a quiet setting amidst vineyards and woods The villa is air-conditioned, spacious and comfortably furnished without any neighbors! When you book on Airbnb, the owners will ask you to fill out a rental agreement, an identity card of the people present in the villa. A copy of your own insurance policy covering the risks of seasonal rental (Resort guarantee related to insurance multi-risk home insurance will also be requested. An EDF meter reading (electricity) will be taken at the beginning and end of the stay. The estimate for 16 people will be given to you. If your consumption is higher than the estimate, you will be asked for an additional charge. We therefore ask tenants to close windows and doors if the air conditioning is on.
