Villa les Bois (or Gîte les Bois) is located in Gignac in the Hérault Single-storey villa, located in a quiet setting amidst vineyards and woods The villa is air-conditioned, spacious and comfortably furnished without any neighbors! When you book on Airbnb, the owners will ask you to complete a rental contract, an identity card of the people present in the villa. A copy of your own insurance contract covering the risks of seasonal rental (Holiday guarantee related to insurance comprehensive homeowners' insurance will also be required. An EDF (electricity) meter reading will be taken at the beginning and end of the stay. The estimate for 16 people will be given to you. If your consumption is higher than the estimate, you will be asked for an additional charge. We therefore ask tenants to close windows and doors if the air conditioning is on.
