The space Villa Reetperle in Lobbe   The right half of the thatched house has 135 m² of living space on 2 levels with 3 bedrooms, 1 large bathroom, 2 guest toilets, 1 shower room with sauna and a spacious living and dining area. In addition, the half of the house has a converted attic with two additional sleeping accommodations.   The spacious and light-flooded living and dining area with direct views of the nature reserve is on the ground floor. The living room is equipped with 2 comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV with DVD/CD player. In the cooler seasons, the fireplace built into the living room spreads a particularly cozy atmosphere. The kitchenette harmoniously integrated into the living area with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, Krups Nespresso machine for coffee specialties, toaster, kettle and various small items makes the heart of every amateur cook beat faster. A detached cooking island and a large elmwood table with 5 chairs and bench completes the kitchen-living room flair. On the ground floor there is also a modern shower room with its own sauna, a guest toilet, a utility room with a washing machine and dryer, and a storage room with household and ironing utensils. There is underfloor heating throughout the ground floor. Upstairs of the house, 3 bedrooms await you. One of the bedrooms has a double bed (140 × 200 cm) with a continuous mattress. In the other two bedrooms there is a double bed (180 x 200 cm) with two single mattresses. A flat-screen TV can be found in one of the larger bedrooms. All bedrooms can be darkened. On this level, there is also a spacious bathroom with shower, bathtub, toilet, towel dryer and hairdryer as well as another guest toilet. The fourth sleeping accommodation with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) is located in the converted attic of the house and is ideally suited for children. The entire house is equipped with a ventilation system and each room has a window with insect protection. The spacious private terrace faces south. Relax in the comfortable beach chair and enjoy the magnificent view of the communal garden with barbecue area and the nature reserve behind. The terrace is still well equipped with a parasol, a large (130 x 80 cm) and a small wooden terrace table (80 x 80 cm) with matching chairs. 2 parking spaces are available free of charge. Bicycles, beach utensils, children's toys, etc. can be stored in a lockable garden shed. The right half of the house can be booked for 1-8 people. Free WiFi access is available during the stay.
