The space The entire apartment consists of: - large living/dining room of 25 sqm, - comfortable kitchen that can accommodate 4-5 people 10 sqm, SLEEPING AREA: 50 sqm separated from the living area with a main corridor from which you have access to the 2 bedrooms, 1 small laundry/storage space, 2 separate bathrooms. - Wi-Fi available. In the living room, we have a balcony with a sea view, ideal for breakfast or for an aperitif in the late afternoon evening together with a good glass of wine!!! For all rooms, the windows are equipped with anti-mosquito barriers that are always useful in a place like Terracina. BOOKING: for 2 weeks they are welcome and preferred in the summer months, preferable day of arrival on Saturday and Sunday TRANSPORTATION: I can arrange/book transportation (2-3 people) from Monte San Biagio train station 12 km away, but in any case there is always a bus that connects Monte San Biagio to Terracina every 30 minutes. EXTRA TO PAY ON SITE: - Electricity consumption as per the electric meter is usually 10-20 euros per week, it can be more if you use the air conditioning a lot. - WINTER: supplement required for heating. - Bed and Bath LINEN is provided SECURITY DEPOSIT: 100-200 euros to be paid upon arrival, will be returned at the end of your stay.
