House with free wellness in beautiful garden

Beautiful guest house with Moroccan accents is behind the family house with its own entrance and a lot of privacy in a beautiful garden with its own terrace. Very complete kitchen where you can sit with up to 12 people. In an outbuilding is the (free) wellness with sauna, steam bath and Jacuzzi. Rural location in the village center of Leenderstrijp. Shop and cafe 150 meters away, nature reserve 250 meters away. Eindhoven Valkenswaard and Weert can be reached within 15 minutes by car. The space A baby cot can be added free of charge. There is a separate room with a washing machine and dryer (free of charge). The private wellness with bathroom, toilet, sauna, steam bath, Jacuzzi, relaxation room, and fully enclosed terrace, may be used by guests. Free use of slippers, sauna towel and towel. You must leave the wellness area "clean". Guest access The guest house and the rear terrace are fully available for the users. It offers a lot of privacy. The garden is accessible to residents and guests. Do you have small children? Let them run and give them the freedom to enjoy the garden, the children's toys and the trampoline. The electric gate (access to the plot) can be operated remotely. Bicycles are available for €12.50 per day or €50 per week. Damage and/or theft is at the expense of the guests.
