The south-east-facing apartment is located in the heart of the West End of Wiesbaden – a quiet yet trendy district that is home to many authentic old buildings in the Jugendstil from the 1870's. The colorful city-center, the stunning Theatre and Kurhaus, some of the most beautiful blooming parks, a range of diverse restaurant, café and clubs can be reached in a few minutes on foot! Whether for a private or a business trip, with friends or the family – you're always assured a hearty welcome! The space The apartment is very spacious, modern and sunny, fully furnished in luxury and comfort. It is located on the first floor one of the most beautiful authentic buildings of the Jugendstil. After you entered the house the charm of the staircase will lightly take your thoughts back centuries in time! Inside the apartment you will find the seemingly endless corridor that connects all rooms of the apartment. You will fall in love with the stucco on ceilings up to 4 metres high (13 feet) and the authentic parquet floors. Rooms: The spacious atmosphere continues in the two large bedrooms, each equipped with a king size bed. Both rooms are connected with a nostalgic-door, that can be closed to create a more private space. The third bedroom/diningroom – we love to call it the Château de Versailles because of all its mirrors and reflecting objects – is equipped with a very comfortable sofa bed, that offers plenty of space for two more people. If this is not needed, you can just use it as a sofa. You also find one of the two huge closets, and the oval dining table in the centre of the room that has room to spare for six to eight diners. The french touch is rounded off with the nostalgic and romantic french balcony that is faced to the East. Is there anything nicer than enjoying the first rays of sun on a french balcony having a cup of coffee? Every room has its own doors ensuring privacy when needed. Gathering place of the apartment is probably the cozy living-room with a splendid view of the Blücher-School, which is protected as historic monument. One of Wiesbadens breathtaking landmarks! The living-room features cable tv, a big sofa, a side-board for storing you personal belongings, and a playful light-system that lets you create the perfect atmosphere for whatever occasion. Try it, change it, enjoy it! It's fun :) If you feel like cooking, the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal for you and your family, friends or colleagues. Enjoy your meal in the dining-room or on the second, more spacious terrace, that is connected with the kitchen. We provide fresh bed-linen and towels, you don't have to bring any. If you need to wash your clothes, feel free to use the brand new washer and dryer. Guest access You will have access to ALL the rooms, since you're renting the whole apartment and you will be the only one living in it. You will not be disturbed by us at all! - kitchen + spacious terrace - bedroom (with huge closet) - bedroom - dining-room (with bed-sofa and huge closet) + french balcony - living-room - bathroom (with large corner bath-tub) There is an option to rent the apartment for 8 guests. In that case we will place a comfortable inflatable airbed in the living room.
