Alegria's Location in the heart of Mosman, sits between Mosman Village and Cremorne Junction. The famous Balmoral Beach is 5 mins away. We also have close access to the city by bus or by ferry. This Home accommodates every asset and enjoyment of modern living and entertaining while being close to every aspect of Sydney's Holiday offerings. The space State of the Art interiors. Lavish open plan living and dining area perfect for entertaining...Split over 2 levels for superior internal separation...and perfect for 2 Families to share. There is even 2 Kitchens and Laundries for when you want some peace from those loveable teens!!! The main Kitchen boasts a 6 metre marble benchtop with the best or modern appliances including 3 Ovens, 3 Fridges, 3 sinks, 2 dishwashers, on tap chilled/boiled water...the list goes on! 4 substantial bedrooms all with built in wardrobes There are extra beds in Bed 2 and Studio and we can provide alternatives if needed. Master bedroom enjoys a resort style feel with a grand ensuite The bathrooms are bathed in luxury with marble walls Family friendly rear lawn that is fully fenced Outdoor entertaining area perfect for the family Generous heated swimming pool with swim jets Please kindly NOTE: When booking for the capacity of 8 Guests in 4 Bedrooms, it is assumed 2 Guests is twin share i.e. 2 sharing a Queen or Double bed. You can see the bed configuration in the Floor Plan of the house in our photos. We can provide extra single beds for an additional $85 fee per bed per night will be charged to reflect the extra bed use, washing and cleaning etc. Total capacity with the extra beds, sofa and role out is 12 Guests... although the sofa bed is in the studio, an open plan area with no blinds. There are storage areas defined Owner occupied. Guest will have complete privacy as they wish or the Owner can be contacted at any time with Questions. The Home has a complete Manual for the use of any facility. Please Note We have an exterior security camera located on the front veranda facing the front entry door. LOCATION The location has access to all Sydney has to offer. Alegria's sits between Mosman and Cremorne. Guests will enjoy the easy level stroll down to the boutique shops of Historic Mosman Village as well as benefiting from a short commute to Sydney's CBD by bus or by Sydney Harbour Ferry. The famous Hayden Orpheum 1920's Cinema at the end of the street with every International Cuisine Restaurant at your fingertips. Balmoral Beach also within walking distance with its breathtaking views on the way. Sydney Harbour National Park, Clifton Gardens, The picturesque Georges Head Reserve, Rawsons Reserve and the world famous Taronga Zoo is less than a 5 min drive away as well as easy access to the city via ferry, Clifton Gardens, Balmoral Beach. TRANSPORT Sydney City and Harbour by Ferry, Bus or Car this location is an easy ride to all Sydney has to offer. Ferry - Less than 1 kilometre to the Harbour and ferry access to City, Manly, Darling Harbour, Cockle Bay or anywhere a ferry can take you! Bus - To the City is 5 min walk and a 8 minute ride into Sydney city The Military Road Bus Services can take you anywhere you want to go in Sydney. THE HOUSE IN DETAIL The triumph of this Homes design is the "State of the Art" transition of a 19th century Victorian Cottage into the contemporary lifestyle of 2020 in the heart of historic Mosman. The original cottage retains in period style, which then transforms into a extraordinary "Grand Design" space of open plan Kitchen, dining and living. The continuous level polished concrete opens up to a huge terrace, garden, lawn and Pool. The Kitchen commands the room with its most magnificent, floating 6 meter Statuario Venato Marble Benchtop. Like an airport runway, providing the “HUB” of the home while forming the family network of activity. This custom Marble bench top is not only beautiful in its design floating above the polished concrete floor, it is the ultimate in function. Every facet has been custom designed from Baths, basins and benchtops and lighting. A 2 way 6 metre Firewell breaks the Living and Dining areas looking up to a huge void with hanging planet lights over the dining table. There are 3 Living areas which can be divided from Parents to Children with all digital equipment in place from TV's to XBox. The main Living/Kitchen area has direct level access through to outdoors with 3 meter byfold doors opening onto the huge outdoor terrace which then overlooks the backyard and pool area. Making entertainment a breeze for family gatherings. The Heated Pool has swim jets and spa jets and a sheer descent waterfall. The 4 Bedrooms are configured both upstairs and down, with 2 on each floor. There is also a Studio with a Double sofa bed which can also be formatted as 2 x single beds. Bed 1 has a Queen bed, Bed 2 has a double, King single bed and a roll out single. Bed 3 has a Queen bed. Bed 4 is the Parents resort which has a King bed, with 3 French doors opening onto a Victorian Terrace, his and her wardrobes and huge glamorous ensuite bathroom.
