The space The apartment is located in a residence of twelve apartments. It is located on the ground floor of a building of four apartments, with direct access to the lawn, beautiful sea and mountains. Its area of 50 m2, offers a bedroom with double bed 140 x 190, a bathroom with toilet, the main room with furniture, storage, TV, a sofa bed 120 x 200 and a bunk bed. Without forgetting the equipped kitchen, the loggia and the terrace opened on the park. In front of the house, a majestic cypress tree of 30 meters is the refuge and the larder of the birds of the property. The Padovani Marina residence rents each pair of sheets 20€ for the duration of the stay but holidaymakers have the option of bringing their own bed linen if they wish.
