Welcome to Villa Marecoco, an oasis of hospitality and tranquility just for you. The villa, immersed in a large private garden with parking, invites you to experience moments of pure relaxation. The swimming pool surrounded by a large solarium will give you privacy and tranquility. We will provide the necessary linens for a comfortable stay. Upon arrival you will find a small welcome expense. The wonderful La Mortella Gardens are within walking distance, such as the Negombo and Poseidon Thermal Parks. The space Villa Marecoco is a welcoming and inclusive property, designed to offer a comfortable stay to our guests. Inside the villa you will find 4 spacious bedrooms, two modern and fully equipped bathrooms, a living room with a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room. The necessary linen, including beach towels, is provided to ensure a worry-free experience. The bathrooms are new and equipped with large showers, while the bedrooms are comfortably furnished and equipped with independent air conditioning. The layout of the rooms favors the harmonious coexistence of two families or a group of friends, with two bedrooms and a bathroom located on the north side of the house and two other bedrooms with a bathroom on the south side, allowing each family to maintain their privacy. The beds in the rooms are distributed as follows: on the south side of the house, one room has a double bed, while the other has two single beds that can be adapted to a double bed. On the north side, one bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds. Each bed is equipped with two pillows, one soft and the other memory foam, to ensure a restful sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, gas stove, electric oven, and all the necessary appliances, such as a kettle, toaster, and hot plate. In addition, the villa is equipped with all the essentials for a relaxing stay. Outside, you can enjoy a large garden overlooking the sea and the port of the municipality of Forio, a private parking lot, and a swimming pool. On request, we provide a barbecue for you to enjoy pleasant evenings outdoors. All these amenities and spaces are for the exclusive use of guests staying at Villa Marecoco.
