Beautiful villa for family holidays ideally located at 1,5 km from San Juan beach. It can accommodate 16 guests in 8 bedrooms. With plenty of natural space outside with a walled private pool, pines and fruits trees. The huge pool area has its own toilets, fridge, sink...and a lot of sunbeds. Tennis table and barbecue available. Suitable for disabled people. Supermarket at walking distance. Young groups are not admitted. The villa provides several indoor and outdoor gathering spaces well suited for multi-generation groups, mixed family groups or several couples. The pool is walled for security. The property has 8 bedrooms with a capacity of 16 people. It is accessible for disabled people. Barbecue and table tennis available. The master double bedroom suite has a dressing room and ensuite handicapped adapted bathroom. The twins beds are electrically articulated. Downstairs, besides the main bedroom there are 2 more (1 with a king size bed, 1 with 2 twins beds), and another bathroom. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with queen size beds, and 2 with twins beds There are also 2 bathrooms upstairs. All bathrooms are recently refurbished. The kitchen is fully equipped with most appliances; dishwasher, fridge, microwave, pressure cooker, mixer etc.. Although the house doesn't have aa/cc there is a fan in each bedroom, and one more at the living room. Heating available. From the huge patio you can access the washing area, that besides washing machine and sink, there is another fridge and other kitchen. There are 3 refrigerator in the house (kitchen, outside kitchen and pool area) Barbecue and table tennis are available. We provide both shower and pool towels for all guests.
