Charming authentic Barousse house, ideal for families or groups of friends, offering a comfortable space for 9 people. + we can make available free of charge: 2 umbrella beds and 2 high chairs. The property is self-contained, on a fully fenced 500m2 garden (low wall + fence 1m60) offering a safe space for children and pets. Guests can enjoy the terrace with garden furniture and BBQ. The space Our cottage, facing south and built on the upper part of the village, enjoys unobstructed views of the Pyrenees and WITHOUT VIS-à-VIS. - In the living room, you will enjoy the large open fireplace for your convivial evenings or meals by the fire and even grilling. The fully equipped kitchen provides you with everything you need to cook your favorite dishes. You also have: raclette and fondue services, waffle iron - croque monsieur. - In the living room, a sofa bed in 140, a flat-screen TV, TNT, library. - 3 bedrooms (beds are equipped with pillows and blankets). - 1 bathroom with sink, tub, bidet, toilet - 1 bathroom (heated outdoor) with sink, shower. - 1 outdoor toilet with handwasher. - 1 laundry room with washing machine (7kg). You will have the opportunity to store your skiing, fishing, bikes, hiking, etc... You will have at your disposal in the cottage board games, toys for the children and books for young and old. Guest access Our cottage is self-managed. The rental is the entire house, so you have access to the whole place and its exteriors. The cottage has a private entrance. OUTSIDE, you can enjoy: - the large private courtyard with garden furniture for 12 people, umbrellas and deckchairs. - the terrace equipped with a barbecue ideal for preparing your grilled dishes and garden furniture for your outdoor meals, with unobstructed views of the Pyrenees and the village. - the 500 m² garden. The property is fully fenced (low wall + wire fence: 1.60 m) for the safety of children and pets. You will have access to the park that overlooks the cottage, you can rest on the bench and admire the scenery. Other things to note OUR RATES are included: water, gas, electricity, heating (electric radiator in each room), wood for the fireplace. Pets are also welcome, at no extra charge. Linens and towels are not provided. We can offer you the rental (to be paid on-site): 1 pair of sheets with pillowcases at €6 per bed, per stay. towels at €2 per person.
