The property is independent, on a 500 m² garden fully fenced (wall + 1.60 m fence) offering a secure space for children and pets. Guests can take advantage of the terrace with garden furniture and BBQ. The space Our cottage, facing south and built on the upper part of the village, enjoys unobstructed views of the Pyrenees and NOT OVERLOOKED. - In the living room, you will appreciate the large open fireplace for your evenings or friendly meals by the fireplace and even grill there. The fully-equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook your favorite dishes. You also have: raclette and fondue services, waffle maker - croque monsieur. - In the living room, a 140 cm sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, TNT, bookcase. - 3 bedrooms (beds are equipped with pillows and blankets). - 1 bathroom with sink, bathtub, bidet, toilet. - 1 bathroom (heated outdoor) with sink, shower. - 1 outdoor toilet with hand basin. - 1 laundry room with washing machine (7 kg). You will have the option to store your ski, fishing, biking, hiking, etc. gear... You will have at your disposal in the gîte board games, toys for children and books for young and old. Guest access Our cottage is self-managed. The rental is the entire house, so you have access to the whole place and its exteriors. The cottage has a private entrance. OUTSIDE, you can enjoy: - the large private courtyard with garden furniture for 12 people, umbrellas and deckchairs. - the terrace equipped with a barbecue ideal for preparing your grilled dishes and garden furniture for your outdoor meals, with unobstructed views of the Pyrenees and the village. - the 500 m² garden. The property is fully fenced (low wall + wire fence: 1.60 m) for the safety of children and pets. You will have access to the park that overlooks the cottage, you can rest on the bench and admire the scenery. Other things to note OUR RATES include: water, gas, electricity, heating (electric radiator in each room), wood for the fireplace. Pets are welcome, at no extra cost. Linens and towels are not provided. We can offer you the rental (to be paid on site): 1 pair of sheets with pillowcases at €6 per bed, per stay. towels for €2 per person.
