Penthouse features top of the line everything, beautiful original art work, a 1200’ private finished roof deck, pool, surf boards to rent and everything is new. This is a dream rental for families (pack and play, high chair and stroller in the Penthouse), surfers, SCUBA divers, deep sea fishers, zip line/eco tourist enthusiasts, horseback riders, and golfers. The penthouse is in a 6 unit development and was completed in 2011. The main floor of the penthouse has a beautiful front balcony (rattan/wicker deck chairs and table look over the Caribbean) that opens into the great room with a brand new 50" HD TV (set up with Netflix, Roku), and a new living room set with and couch that can sleep two.. The three bedrooms sleep 7 in high quality beds (a queen in the Master, double in the second bedroom, and a double/twin bunk in the third bedroom); two bathrooms downstairs, new wwasher/dryer, all rooms have large powerful ACs (although with ocean breezes and ceiling fans you hardly ever need them) and excellent WIFI coverage; and the kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, cookware, and condiments and a brand new top Of the line stove. Much of the furniture is handmade, hand carved wood and there is original art work throughout. Including the recently painted mural on the roof deck. The private roof deck is accessed by a spiral staircase in the living room, and is 1200’ sf, with a bathroom upstairs, covered wet bar, and new gas grill, dinner table that seats 8, chaise lounges, a hammock, couch, additional seating, outlet door bar, refrigerator, and a tropical garden spread throughout. There is a docking station and reuter on the roof. Also included are beach chairs, masks, snorkels, fins, boogie boards; frisbee; and a cooler. This penthouse is perfect if you want to entertain a large group, or just kick back on the privacy of the roof deck. We are within a few minute drive to over a dozen world class surfing breaks, an amazing under water preserve that offers world class snorkeling, and walking distance to Sandy Beach and Pools Beach. Spectacular waterfalls are a 45 minute drive. No need to bring your boards if you don’t want to. For an additional fee you have access to the home’s quiver which includes; 9’0 Robert August high-end performance long board (surfteck); 9'1' McTavish Fireball (fiberglass noserider); 9’0 Rusty (gun shaped, great in the big stuff, but also a very floaty fiberglass wave catcher); and a 6’1” Firewire short board; roof racks, and wax are also included. These are all high-end personal boards and only available to my guests who prefer not to lug their boards and pay the price of flying. Other area activities include SCUBA, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, golf, sailing, water falls, para-sailing, kite-sailing, whale watching, zip-line tours, bio-luminescence bays, horse back riding, casino, tennis, shelling, hiking, jet skiing, great food, and just hanging out. The house comfortably sleeps 7 in beds, but the 7th person will incur an extra $25/night charge. We will entertain groups larger than 7 only at the owner's discretion. An extra per person fee will be applied. An additional twin/single mattress is available to use on the floor in any room. Guest access The penthouse is in a gated access property with swimming pool, gazebo area with bathrooms, and an outdoor shower. Other things to note The property has a generator that runs everything in case of a power outage in the area, excellent WIFI, large smart TV with Netflix and Roku, and a full quiver of surf boards (for rent) and beach toys (for free). We will likely need to water the plants on the roof once during a stay.
