Tourist license number: IT013252C2KBPOUCFS The space La Limonaia - located in Tremezzo - is the former greenhouse that was dedicated to storing lemon trees in the winter, of the original Villa Meyer. Located in a portion of the private park of the early 20th-century villa, La Limonaia is a part of a small residential complex with a shared pool, it offers a large garden and a private swimming pool, with free parking inside (just 20 meters from the villa entrance, there is a charging point for electric cars). The vacation home, measuring 75 square meters in total, offers a double bedroom on the upper floor with an adjoining but separable area with a single bed, as well as a loft with another single bed. On the ground floor, there is a living room with TV, free WiFi, and a large, newly built open kitchen with a dining table and equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and refrigerator. The large, antique windows offer a pleasant view of the garden and private swimming pool. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower, toilet, bidet, and hairdryer. Towels and sheets are also provided at this vacation home. The private outdoor area features a dining table with sun umbrella and two sun loungers to be found by the pool for sunbathing and relaxing. Strategic location The property is located just 100meters from the lake and 400 meters from boat stop allowing easy access to Menaggio, Bellagio, Varenna, and all the main tourist destinations on Lake Como. The town center is just a short walk from the property and offers a pleasant lakeside promenade with numerous bars and restaurants, as well as a public park with a bar and direct access to the lake. Just 1 km away is Villa Carlotta, the renowned botanical garden of Lake Como, which can be reached on foot, and 3 km away is Lenno, home to the beautiful Villa Balbianello, while the well-known and delightful village of Menaggio, with its bars, shops, and restaurants, is 4.7 km away and can be reached by bus, which stops a few meters from the property, or by boat across the lake. La Limonaia is 25 km from Como, 77 km from the city of Milan, and 75 km from Milan Malpensa Airport. Guest access You have full access to the property, the private patio area and the shared pool also one parking spot. Other things to note TOURIST TAX AND ARRIVAL Please keep in mind that the municipality of Tremezzina charges a daily tourist tax of €3 per person (children below 12 yrs of age are exempt) for the first 7 days of your stay. This amount will be collected in CASH by LoveComo at check in.  We will also request your personal documents (passport or id card) for tourist registration. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES  Check in time is between 3 to 6pm. It is important that you inform us of your estimated time of arrival a few days in advance by email to:  so we can arrange meet and greet services.
