It is located in the very beautiful, tranquil Gers countryside - perfect for a relaxing and peaceful break away from it all. The space This 18th century barn is attached to a typical Gascogne farmhouse and is set in 4 acres of gardens with footpaths leading to countryside, woodland and canal walks. The renovation of the barn was completed in 2018 and features a wealth of exposed beams and lots of rustic charm. The living room is very comfortable and has three sets of glazed doors opening onto stunning views of the surrounding countryside. There is a modern, fully equipped kitchen with the option of using the indoor dining area or the adjoining covered terrace where there is a large table, chairs and BBQ. There are two modern shower rooms (one on the ground floor) and the bedrooms are light and airy with comfortable bedding. The gardens are a particular feature of this property and the large swimming pool with loungers are available for your use. Guest access Visitors have their own self-contained, private accommodation with its own parking, terrace, well maintained gardens and access to the swimming pool between 10.00 a.m and 6.30 p.m. Other times by arrangement.
