ARIQUS Rural residential complex with capacity for groups of up to 49 people, it is configured in 3 buildings that date back to the 16th century, fully restored, preserving the original spirit of the time and that will allow you to enjoy its unique charm. It has several lounges, kitchens and common areas as well as suites, double, triple and sextuple rooms, and a swimming pool surrounded by well-kept and landscaped outdoor space that are the ideal place to relax and enjoy during your stay. The space The Mas Ferrer is the main house distributed on two floors, it consists of: Ground floor, with a large dining room with large tables, a beautiful living room with sofas and a fireplace, a large hall, a fully equipped kitchen and a double bedroom. First floor, with 5 air-conditioned rooms, the Master Suite that has a beautiful Jacuzzi, and the Junior Suite (both with private terrace), a third suite and two sextuple rooms with bathroom en suite. It also has a large multipurpose room, which can be converted into a conference room if required. The standard occupancy admits 23 guests in the installed beds, but it can be extended with 5 additional places with the installation of extra beds. In addition, it has an adjoining building on two levels, equipped with a living-dining room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 double bedrooms, with capacity for 5 people. Cal Tià, is the old farmhouse and is distributed over two floors. It has a practical kitchen-living room in a single room, fully equipped with a fireplace and outdoor barbecue. Right next to it is a beautiful bedroom with a double bed and vaulted ceiling. On this floor there is a bathroom for people with reduced mobility. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed with air conditioning and a triple bedroom with three single beds, both of which share a bathroom. (An additional extra bed can be added). Maximum 8 people. Cal Sastre, is an isolated and independent construction that is part of the complex. In it we have 3 rooms with private bathroom (a double with a double bed, a triple with a double bed plus a single bed and a double with two single beds. All of them share an auxiliary kitchen. The houses are rented together for groups of up to 49 people, or they can also be rented separately for groups of, 23-33 (El Mas Ferrer with its annex), 5-8 (Cal Tià) and 7-8 (Cal Sastre) respectively. The property was restored with great charm, respecting and preserving many original elements such as the original stone walls, the vaulted ceilings, the noble wooden beams, the Mediterranean tiles, the terracotta floors or the engraved stones, respecting the original furniture, but by incorporating at the same time all the current comfort elements that allow a stay with the maximum level of comfort without giving up the authenticity of the place. ARIQUS Rural was built by Jaume Ferrer de Fontcoberta, who had obtained the privilege of the generosity of Fernando el Católico in 1486 and with this same spirit, the current owner puts this historic site at your disposal so that you can enjoy this little paradise, far from of the world and noise, feeling for a few days in a unique historical setting. ARIQUS Rural is located in front of a Romanesque church from the 10th century. It is an isolated rural complex made up of 4 unique buildings from the 16th century that have been fully restored and preserve the original spirit of the time. You can have each house separately or the whole complex with a maximum capacity of 49 guests. Guest access ARIQUS Rural, has a beautiful garden that is fully fenced and includes a large swimming pool and outdoor seating areas. It also has barbecues and tables to eat al fresco. Our landscaped facilities, the swimming pool, the terraces, the views... make ARIQUS Rural the ideal place to relax with your loved ones, in a genuine natural environment.
