Registered as local accommodation: 2819/AL The space In a beautiful historical quarter and entirely renovated, this apartment is part of a narrow and discrete alley where cars are not allowed. Its interiors are stylish and comprise wooden floors and original wooden shutters combined with low-key colors, cozy rooms, excellent beds and a nice, spacious common area. The general feel is that the interiors have been very tastefully decorated, always with the guests’ comfort in mind, addionally the air conditioning gives the apartment maximum confort either in summer or winter. The apartment’s blessed tranquility will feel like heaven at the end of a day walking round the streets of Lisbon. Guest access IMPORTANT: Please notice that high cleaning standards always was a key factor in our properties: all apartments are professionally cleaned and disinfected after guests departure. Beds are freshly made before guests arrival with fresh bed linen and fresh towels. Linen is treated (washed and disinfected), after each departure by a professional company, as well. Our apartments are rented only on exclusive basis, which means that you do not have to share the space with anyone besides your group. Welcome amenities (coffee, tea, sugar, salt, olive oil, vinegar, toilet paper and hand soap). Kindly note this is a self-catering apartment. These items will not be replaced during your stay. Apart from some of its main highlights, it includes suggestions regarding restaurants, bars, shopping, transport and special neighborhoods, as well as some unique recommendations that will make all the difference to your time with us. Other things to note - 1st floor in a building with no lift; - restricted car area. Private cars can go up to the beginning of the street (at 100 mts from the apartment). Taxis, though, can leave you 50 mts from the apartment’s door; - there is a public parking nearby (8€/24h); - check-in: from 4 pm - 10 PM/ check-out: from 8 to 11 am. For arrivals to the apartment after 10pm , there is an additional fee to be paid before arrival: 30,00€ until midnight, and 50,00€ after midnight.
