July and August only from Saturday to Saturday. The space This detached villa, surrounded by a centuries-old pine forest, boasts a large garden for exclusive use and private parking for two cars. The main building offers four bedrooms (three double and one twin), two bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen and a large living room with a double sofa bed. Adjacent to the main unit is a small annex with a double or twin bed and a private bathroom with shower. All windows and French windows are equipped with mosquito nets. The outdoor area is full of comforts and includes a laundry corner with washing machine and sink, a barbecue area, an outdoor shower with hot water, a small service toilet and two separate relaxation areas furnished with armchairs, wicker lounges and rocking chairs. Ideal for one or more families, the villa is equipped with every modern comfort: air conditioning and ceiling fan in three bedrooms and one bathroom, free Wi-Fi and 32-inch LCD TV. The kitchen is complete with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee pod machine (Nespresso compatible). The stay includes the free supply of all linen (sheets, towels, shower towels, placemats) and kitchen equipment. A crib (up to 3 years old) and a high chair are available free of charge upon request. The villa is attentive to energy efficiency, thanks to a modern system of solar panels for hot water. For the winter period, it is equipped with a hydro-pellet stove that heats the entire house through radiators, as well as heat pump air conditioners. The location is perfect for enjoying miles of golden sand beaches, a clean sea awarded with the Blue Flag 2025 and relaxing walks in the fragrant pine forest. Guest access The entire villa and garden are for the exclusive use of guests. Other things to note The geographical position, facilitated by flowing highways, makes it possible to reach the most beautiful places in Puglia and Basilicata such as Lecce, Gallipoli, Ostuni, the Itria Valley, Polignano a Mare, Fasano, Alberobello and Matera, designated European Capital of Culture 2019. Also, just 6/7 km away is the beautiful golf course of Riva dei Tessali. Bari Airport is about 80 km away, while Brindisi Airport is 70 km away, with a route entirely on the highway. The price of the villa is for a base of 8 people. For each additional guest, an extra fee of €15.00 per person per night is payable, up to a maximum of 10 beds in total (plus 2 possible cots or cots that can be added in 2 bedrooms). Management fees are included in the price, while electricity consumption is free up to 100 kWh per week; the excess beyond this threshold is charged to guests at a cost of €0.50 per kWh. In the winter, the guest will have to independently purchase the pellet. Door-to-door sorted waste collection is active in the area, so we ask for your cooperation in carrying it out in the established manner and timeframe. Inside a notice board in the living room, you will find the disposal methods posted. Next door, there is the possibility of renting the twin villa (owned by our parents), with a capacity similar to ours. The two villas together have a capacity of 20 beds (with the possibility of 2 additional cots for children and 2 additional cots) and 6 bathrooms.
