Located in the Magra park near the Cinque Terre (30 minutes by boat) to Liguria and Tuscany 10 minutes from the Apuan Alps Park and 20 minutes by car to Versilia. About an hour from the cities of art: Florence, Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano, Siena, Montalcino, etc... The space The villa is divided over two floors, the accommodation on the first floor has a large balcony overlooking the Magra Mar Ligure River and overlooking the Apuan Alps. The villa has private pruning and large garden. Guest access All areas included in the villa including the berth in front of the house. Please note that the berth is temporarily unavailable due to dredging.
