Wide 130sqm apartment, able to accommodate up to 6 people, with a 15sqm terrace located on the ground floor of a building (without elevator) in the historic center of Catania: urban bus stop in front of the house and Alibus to the airport 1km away (Dusmet stop), as well as paid parking for cars (1 € per hour). The house (semi-detached), despite being in the city center, is very quiet and overlooks the San Pantaleone public courtyard! Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants. We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival. Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings. Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F).
