The Haven Beach House 6 bedroom 2 storey renovated beach house sleeping up to 11 guests in up to 9 seperate beds as kings can split into singles. As this is a Holiday House and Not a Party House we prefer families and quieter groups. Please no parties or loud weekends away. The Beach House. Featuring high ceilings, polished floor boards throughout the home and wonderful views of Terrigal all the way to Forresters Beach .An original style beach house 6 bedroom 4 bathroom 2 storey home. 3 bedrooms have king beds that can be split into singles making up to 9 seperate beds. Also reat for corporate or work groups. Facing north this home enjoys the most amazing views of Terrigal and Wamberal Beach. The rear deck enjoys the winter sun from sunrise to sunset, whilst in summer enjoys a wonderful ocean breeze. Featuring a kitchen, huge lounge and living area that spreads put to join a large private rear deck. Large Travertine table that comfortably sits 12 You can see the Ocean from nearly every room in this house. BEDS All beds are made up as Kings unless specifically asked at time of booking to split. Please note as we hire our linen, we would need 7 days notice to split beds. Three bedrooms upstairs 2 with Kings and 1 with a queen. The upstairs has Kitchen, loungeroom, dining a bathroom and 3 bedrooms 2 with king beds and 1 with queen. Downstairs has its own large lounge room . One bedroom has a king with its own ensuite, one bedroom with a queen size bed and a small 6th bedroom that is the size of a study and has a single bed in it. It has 2 bathrooms and laundry facilities as well . Large deck with beautiful ocean views. Guest access There is a Double car carport for 2 cars as well as parking on drive for another 2 cars. Other things to note Please note this is a Holiday house and not a Party house. No speakers no DJs . We have families and older neighbours. The home is more suited to family and quieter groups only please. 1 NIGHT STAYS While most holiday homes dont offer 1 night stays we try to accommodate these requests. Please note that an extra fee for 1 night only will apply. Due to cleaning a whole house and setup costs. We also do accept 1 night stays on the weekend but as the majority of our revenue is based on a 2 night weekend rate nearly the full weekend rate will be charged. As if you decide to book the Saturday it would be highly unlikely we would be able to book a Friday or vice versa. Registration Details PID-STRA-12556
