This is beach holidaying at its best....the sound of the waves, the smell of the salt and just stroll to the beach in 30 seconds. NB: 2 bedrooms are downstairs with no internal access but there is a second bathroom attached to them. The kitchen only has a bench top small oven and hob - but BBQing is what summer is all about! The space The commanding views from the house are almost unbeatable and you cannot get much closer to the beach - and certainly not at this price! If you want to experience a true Kiwi beach holiday the way we used to in generations past then this is it but don't worry - the house is immaculately clean and tidy so don't let its age put you off! There is also a double kayak for you to use as well. Please note there is a new house being built next door to this property so there may be building noise during working hours through the week. Other things to note LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided. Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared. We will then add it to your booking and send you a payment request. IMPORTANT: The Ministry of Health guidelines specify that children under 9 years old should not sleep in top bunks due to the risk of serious injury. This charming wee house has 3 bedrooms but note that two are downstairs with no internal access. The bedrooms downstairs have a second bathroom attached to them and please be aware that the bedrooms and bathroom are separated by only a curtain and access to the bedroom with the bunk set is through the other bedroom. It is a basic bach in a fantastic location, so if you don't expect the Ritz you won't be disappointed. In true old school bach style it does not have Wi-Fi.
