You’ll enjoy stunning sea and island views, from this Immaculate luxurious 2 bed, 2 bath self- contained house, all to yourselves. The home's decor is French Provincial , features two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and the other with a super King that can be split into two singles if required, each with it’s own personal ensuite Sunny open plan living with kitchen and a private, sunny indoor out-door deck area taking advantage of harbour & island sea views. We are not located on Waiheke Island The space The nightly price is for 1 or 2 people (continental Breakfast enough for a few days). Then an only an extra $50 per person per night (up to max of 4 people for the house). If you need more space or beds, there’s also an optional SEPARATE LARGE RUMPUS ROOM (see in the photo's) with a flat screen TV, unlimited Wifi & two inbuilt single beds and a lounge suite and dining suite available for additional people to stay or a private space for those teenagers. Just an extra flat rate of $80 per night. Max people permitted is 6 for the whole property, (any adult & child combinations plus any infants free). You’ll have your own private entrance and a dedicated off street car parking space. The home is located with total privacy on the same property as the family home. This home is immaculately presented, sparkly clean, with attention to detail and all the luxuries and comforts of home including free Wifi. Very accommodating for infants and babies. WE DO CHARGE A ONE OFF $50 FEE (payable on arrival), porta cot, or bassinet, high chair, potty, bed wetting aids, and a bath, supplied with beautiful clean linen and even a baby bouncer, changing mat and a fold up stroller. We have toys, DVD’s, books and games for all ages of children. The beds have a luxury feel with high quality linen and furnishings. Bathrobes, extra pillows, blankets & towels supplied. The house is equipped with all cooking facilities, including cooking condiments , spreads, herbs, salt & pepper etc, the basic things you don't want to buy while your away. We also supply you with a continental breakfast for s few days for your convenience. If you don’t wish to cook there’s a large variety of local takeaways and restaurants only a 5 minute walk away, or you will find a list and menus in your house. There is a large Countdown supermarket less than 5 minutes walk away at the new Pohutukawa Shopping Centre. There’s great coffee places, Sushi, two new restaurants/bars, medical center, chemist, gym, nail clinic, barber & liquor store. All their menus are in a house folder for you to view. A 5 minute car drive or a 20 minute walk and you we be at the beautiful Pine Harbour Marina where 22 ferries a day commute to downtown Auckland city in 35 minutes (weekdays only), often spotting dolphins on the way. Pine Harbour hosts a French market on Friday nite's and great local cafes and restaurants A few minutes drive away, is the amazing Maraetai Beach with white sandy beaches and a boat ramp. A very popular swimming destination in the summer months, with warm water. There’s cafes and stunning easy coastal walks, up close and personal with nature and the sea at it’s best. You are only a 20 minute drive from Botany Town Centre and about 35 minutes away from Auckland International & Domestic Airport. Very flexible f you would like earlier check in or a later check out often at no extra charge. The perfect self-contained accommodation, with the bonus of a fantastic view.
