Through the glazed terrace, which can be completely opened, you have a direct view of the sea and the neighboring nature reserve 'Punta de n'Amer' from the entire apartment. Additional balcony next to the bedroom, also glazed, with views of the hinterland. There is a washing machine. The apartment is very nicely decorated with modern pictures and accessories. A private and covered parking space in the courtyard of the apartment complex, just 30 meters from the house entrance, can be rented for €3.00/day. Winter rental: The apartment has new windows with Climalit insulating glazing, 2 powerful air conditioners with heat pump (surcharge together €6.00/night) and good, double quilts and is well prepared for a rental in winter.
