Guest access In surrendering to pleasures you will have at your disposal a sauna and pool, four bedrooms with four en-suite bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, and a large courtyard for you to enjoy your peace and privacy far from sight. Since the house is located at the crossroads of two streets, the entrance is enabled on two sides: from the parking lot to the pool and on the terrace of the house or through the front door. By entering the house on the right, there are two bedrooms, and on the left side of the door are the living room and the dining room. These two rooms are open-type, looking at each other and leaving the kitchen on a small summer terrace - a winter garden from which we enter the sauna. From the sauna, we come to the third room which also leads to the pool. The fourth room with en-suite bathroom is situated in the attic of the house, with included airconditioning. These two entrances are a very interesting concept of this house and ruin the invisible border of exterior and interior. Other things to note Holiday Home Floreat is completely air-conditioned.
