Pet freindly waterfront retreat with spa

Your home away from home, take in the view and relax, in our little slice of paradise. No matter if it's rain hail or shine,there are many things available. Each room has a Tv with unlimited Wi-Fi access, a fire for those cooler days and a fully enclosed 25sqmtr waterfront conservatory, or you can enjoy a bbq and beverage on our balcony, where you can take in all the wildlife from koi karp, swans, ducks, pelicans and much more. There is also a 4 seater aromatherapy hot tub to relax in The space Please be aware that there is an extra charge for the use of the 2nd bedroom of 100.00 per stay then 35.00 per person per night after 2 guests. As unfortunately in the past there has been more guests stay than booked for so to cover extra cleaning costs and to try and keep our base price lower for when its not being used, the spare room is kept locked unless otherwise stated in your booking request. The management fee is to cover some of the airbnb costs which is 18 percent of the nightly booking price, so its getting harder to offer people an affordable getaway, therefore I really appreciate on going bookings we get and want you to know I will do my best to offer you a memorable relaxing stay. Otherwise its your home away from home, renovated back in 2020 and set up for your complete comfort with Tv's in main living area and both bedrooms. Both bedrooms have there own private bathroom and private entrance if need be. There is also a comfortable pull out sofa and single ikea fold out bed if needed. The approximately 650sq metre yard is fully fenced, so your fur babies can enjoy a holiday with you. A comfortable dog bed is provided along with, dog bowls, dog shampoo , and old towels in case you want to bathe them after the river, but please bring your own dog blankets. There is a double carport. and being a back section it is extremely safe and private, so sit back and relax or venture out and explore the region either way you will enjoy a comfortable night sleep, the Master Bedroom has one of the most comfortable beds I have ever personally slept on, it has adjustable sides giving the option for those couples who have separate sleeping needs. I suffer from back problems so I know how important a decent night sleep is. We have a fantastic aromatherapy hot tub to relax in during winter...no harsh chemicals needed for this one and you can also use it to cool down in during the hot summer months. Also please feel free if you have any additional requirements, eg a birthday surprise or a romantic getaway and I can organise flowers or arrange a basket with lots of goodies for you and your loved ones. Other things to note Pets are very welcome and children by discretion the property is fully fenced and secure from water but children can climb so if doors aren't kept locked to the waterfront there is always that danger as you are right on the waterfront. We try and keep our base price affordable for couples so please state in your booking if you are a couple as an additional 50.00 fee is applicable if you would like to have the use of both rooms otherwise the 2nd bedroom is kept locked.
