located in Mango Hill within walking distance to train station, restaurants and shops. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, lounge, kitchen, dining, laundry, double garage, WI-FI. Centrally located close to shops, freeway and public transport. The airport is 25 minutes away. This home appeals to many travelers who are looking to explore both the Sunshine Coast and the Gold Coast. With the freeway just a short drive away, it makes for an easier commute between the North and South side. The space The townhouse is located near Mango Hill train station which is perfect for catching public transport into Brisbane's CBD! Coles supermarket is right on your doorstep and so are many restaurants such as Baan Jai Thai (highly recommend!) Mango Hill Tavern, Coffee Club, Stellarossa, Sushi Train, Subway, Indian moments, and Broken Hearts burger club! Being a townhouse, the bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs and kitchen, living areas plus another toilet are located downstairs. Guests have access to everything including the communal swimming pool. The townhouse features 3 bedrooms comprising of x 1 king size bed in the Master bedroom. The master bedroom also has an ensuite, air conditioner and ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 has 1 double bed, air conditioner and ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 has 2 singles beds, air conditioner and ceiling fan. PLEASE NOTE - The bedheads on the singles are attached to the base , the beds can not be pushed together to make one larger bed. There is also a port-a-cot stored in the wardrobe for infants. In the lounge you will find a 43" smart TV, guests can use their own Netflix and Stan accounts to access movies, just be sure to log out of your account once you check out of the home. There is a private rear courtyard with fake turf, outdoor seating and kids toys. There is strictly no smoking in the home or in our courtyards, the body corporate do not allow smoking anywhere within the complex. Guest access The complex features a pool and BBQ area. Our townhouse has a small front yard and a large courtyard at the rear with outdoor seating. Please note for guests with young children, there are stairs. Other things to note The home is a 2 story Townhouse, all the bedrooms are located upstairs so guests must be able to climb stairs. The area between the kitchen and lounge is not on the same level (sunken style) so there are also 2 tiled stairs between the kitchen and lounge area, we do not have safety gates for young children.
