Teewah Tranquility Beach House _ Noosa North Shore

Sitting on top of the ridge in Teewah village, this fabulous 2 level holiday home has sweeping 360-degree views. Upstairs has a spacious open plan living area which is surrounded by a wrap-around deck from northwest to southwest. Above is an upper-level deck enjoying uninterrupted views. 4WD/AWD access only, as you need to drive on the beach for approximately 6kms and require a QPWS beach permit. Best to drive at low tide. This is an amazing location and the ideal beach family getaway. The space The first floor of this large 5 bedroom house has a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with separate toilet and 3 spacious breezy bedrooms: Bed 1 - queen bed; Bed 2 - 2 x singles which can be made up into a king; Bed 3 - double bed and single bed. Sheets and towels are not provided, but linen can be supplied for an extra fee. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. A flat plate BBQ is on the deck outside the kitchen. The ground floor is a self-contained apartment with its own entertaining area and an internal interconnecting door to upstairs. Bed 1 - queen bed; Bed 2 - a double plus a single bed. BYO sheets and towels. There is a bathroom with a separate toilet and laundry with a washer and dryer. The outside entertaining area downstairs has a six burner BBQ near the fire pit area. Just a short 1-minute stroll to the beach, to enjoy swimming, surfing and fishing. Only a few minutes walk to join the Cooloola Great Walk to discover Mt Seawah and the jetty at Lake Cootharaba. There is unlimited ADSL Wifi plus Telstra TV, fans in every room, both upstairs and downstairs and plenty of onsite parking. This home can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests comfortably and is ideal for 2-3 families. Guest access The only way to access Teewah is by driving on the beach from either Tewantin, or Rainbow beach. There is NO inland road despite what is shown on Google maps. It is highly recommended to travel as close to low tide as possible, as the high tide makes it tough going, especially for inexperienced 4x4 drivers. Other things to note Personal linen is NOT supplied. Please bring your own sheets, pillow slips and towels, or a linen package is available for $350, which includes bath towels for each guest and all beds made up. No pets allowed. Only a maximum of ten guests are permitted to stay. There is a security camera, as well as our caretaker neighbours, who randomly check that no extra unaccounted guests are staying. A penalty of $100pp per night will apply if breached. Under no circumstances can tents or swags be erected in or around the property. Absolutely no camping is allowed in Teewah village.
