The space 🏡 Studio Apartment – 25m² (270 sq ft) Once you reach the building's main courtyard, you will access the apartment via a staircase (relatively narrow) up to the 3rd floor (there is no elevator). Upon entering the studio, you step into a large main room from the hallway that includes both a living area and a sleeping area. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom with toilet. 🛋️ Main Room: The space features a living area with high ceilings and a lovely view over a very quiet, green courtyard. You will find in particular: - A sleeping area with a double bed set on a raised platform, which can be separated from the rest of the room with blackout curtains - A very comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people - A small storage area with hangers and shelves - A coffee table - A small high table with 4 stools 🍽️ Kitchen: Open to the living room, you can easily prepare small meals or drinks while still taking part in conversations in the living area. You will find all the equipment you need for your stay: - Stovetop - Refrigerator - Washing machine - Full set of dishes and kitchenware - Nespresso-compatible coffee machine (with a few capsules provided) - Kettle and toaster 🚿 Bathroom: Accessible from the entrance, it includes a spacious shower, a sink, and a toilet.
