The space The house has 6 bedrooms, with 4 double beds and 4 single beds. The kitchen has all the amenities, ceramic stovetop, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, etc. The kitchen is connected to the dining room by an American bar, which makes it an excellent meeting point. It also has a living room with a fireplace, where you can relax watching TV on the large sofas, or simply relax watching the fire. Both the living room and dining room have air conditioning. Guest access In addition to the indoor areas, the house has a large plot of 1300 m2, with an 8x5 meter pool with a depth of up to 2 meters. The pool has a children's area, a built-in ladder, a diving board and water polo goals. It also has a large barbecue with capacity for 10-12 people. For the delight of the little ones there are slides, swings, rocker, small goals, etc., which together with the fact that 95% of the surface of the plot is with natural grass and the pool is completely fenced, allow parents to enjoy their stay. Other things to note The villa is located halfway between Madrid and Toledo, about a 30-minute drive from both cities. The house is also just 40 minutes from another great city, Aranjuez. It is ideal for relaxed tourism, being able to enjoy these cities in the morning and relax in a quiet environment in the afternoon, outside the hustle and bustle of the cities and where children can enjoy themselves in a big way.
