Wonderful apartment in Elbhang Dresden Loschwitz

The approximately 100 square meter apartment has two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a sofa bed, a living room, a conservatory, a kitchen, a shower room and a hallway. From the garden terrace you have a wonderful view. The space The non-smoking apartment is located on the ground floor of the Villa Herbstes Segen, built in 1860, which is the only building on the Loschwitz castle hill. This secluded location means that the house cannot be reached by car. It is accessible either via a longer staircase or a step-free path that branches off from the Plattleite. A freight elevator for luggage is available, a car parking space either in a nearby parking lot in the public street area (for EUR 5/day) or on request in a nearby underground car park (for EUR 10/day). Apartment is fully equipped. Bedding and towels (1 shower towel per person) are included in the rental price. The TV has a DBVT reception (public service broadcasters!). In addition to dishes, pots and pans, salt and pepper are also available in the kitchen. Oil and coffee are not available for hygienic reasons. We also prepare an initial set of hand soap, a roll of toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher tabs, etc. for your arrival so that you can arrive carefree. The apartment has 8 sleeping options, but is ideally designed for only 6 people due to the 1.40 m wide sofa beds. Exceptions are possible by individual arrangement if necessary. The basic rent is for 4 people. For each additional bed we charge 25 euros/night. Pets are welcome upon request. In this case, only the final cleaning costs increase by 35 euros per favorite animal. Guest access Guests will be able to access all areas of the apartment. Other things to note The city of Dresden (unfortunately) charges not only hotel guests but also (adult and private) vacation home users an accommodation tax of 6% of the overnight price per person staying in the apartment (in this respect children count). Note: You can also combine your visit to Dresden with a stay in my "Schmöllerhäuschen" in the town of Wehlen in Saxon Switzerland, where you can enjoy the view of the Elbe and the beautiful landscape in an apartment with a maximum of four beds (for 69 euros/night), one with a maximum of three beds (for 64 euros/night) or one with a maximum of two beds (for 49 euros/night).
