This friendly and modern apartment is in the center of the tourist area of Funchal, where there are several hotels, restaurants, shops, bathing/pool complexes and a fantastic promenade where you can end the day with a relaxing stroll. The apartment has a simple and neat decoration, thinking in your comfort and well-being! With one bedroom, with double bed, living room with a bed sofa and a bathroom; the house can accommodate a maximum of four people. Next to the living room has a balcony where you can dinner or continue reading the book you have chosen for these holidays. The property has all the amenities and a parking place (depending on availability). Area After a day touring the island, there is nothing better than return home for a rest. But not without first savoring the delicacies of Madeira, available in the various restaurants near the building. The renovated Lido beach, restored in May 2016, is only in a ten minutes walk from the apartment. If you want to explore the another bathing complex, you can enjoy the Ponta Gorda (ten minutes walk). Both offer swimming pools, access to the sea and restaurant. Praia Formosa, typical for pebbles and black sand, is about 5 minutes by car. In the surrounding area there is a supermarket of medium size and other services. Other things to note All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket. For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays.
