The comfortably furnished 2-room apartment is about 55 square meters and welcomes you on the first floor of the two-story house, only about 80 m from the beautiful sandy beach and the beach promenade. All windows and also the door to the furnished terrace (about 13 square meters) are equipped with insect screens. For your well-being, the apartment was newly renovated in 2018. From the entrance hall with the wardrobe you enter the large and modern equipped living area with a corner couch with sleeping function, a 140 cm large smart TV, a music system, CD and Blueray player as well as a dining table. A free Wi-Fi connection is of course also available. The kitchenette is integrated into the living area. Here you will find a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, toaster, oven, 4-burner ceramic hob as well as a kettle and various small inventory, which completes the kitchen equipment. In the bedroom there is a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), a large wardrobe and an additional flat screen TV. The apartment has a modern shower room, equipped with rain shower, toilet, vanity, vanity mirror, hairdryer and radio. A safe for your valuables, an iron with ironing board, a high chair for children, books, various DVDs and board games as well as a vacuum cleaner are included. Special: The apartment includes a beach chair provided on the beach (exit 28), which is available to guests free of charge during the bathing season (weather per May & September, depending on the weather). In the basement of the house there is a bike room for shared use as well as a washing machine and dryer that you can use for a fee. Parking space is available directly at the house, on your own property with barrier, free of charge. The apartment "Ljuba" can be booked for 1 to 3 people.
