The kitchen is equipped with electrical appliances and utensils for standard culinary needs. The living room contains a large sofa, smart TV 140cm and two extra beds measuring 90x200cm. The bedroom contains a double bed measuring 180x200cm. The apartment is fully air conditioned. There is a pool of 32m2 and a massage tub. The space The outdoor area consists of an azure pool, hot tub, beach and terrace. THE POOL AND HOT TUBE ARE NOT AVIABLE IN WINTER FROM 01. OCTOBER TO 31. MAY. Next to the pool there is an old Istrian olive tree and a terrace covered with ivy. The terrace consists of a table measuring 200x100 cm, 2 benches and a gas grill. There is a possibility of preparing various grill desserts. By prior arrangement with the host, it is possible to prepare dinner with local specialties as well as tasting a variety of local wines.
