Guest access Full check in instructions will be sent on the day of the check-in at 3pm once your damages deposit has been paid. My Getaways are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. The day before you arrive at your property we will send you a 3D secure link to pay either pay a fully refundable damages deposit of £500 OR you can opt to pay £50 non-refundable My Cover/Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers you for to up to £500 of accidental damage protection. Deliberate damage is not covered. Any stays over 5 nights do not have the MYCOVER option. If you opt to pay the Damages Deposit and If no deductions are to be made, we aim to return the deposit to you within five working days.
