The swimming pool is heated year-round to 27 deg. It measures 4 x 11 m. Flat bottom for playing volleyball. Depth: 1.35 m. Closing roller shutter: child safety. For very young children , the house is very well equipped: 3 cribs, 2 strollers, 2 high chairs, 2 booster seats, 1 car seat, 1 changing mat, sink step, and small toilet pot, baby bathtub, life jacket... Guest access The 3500 m2 fenced property, pool and house are exclusively and totally reserved for you only. Your cars can park on the property. You have 14 deckchairs/lounge chairs, 7 bikes, ping-pong table, trampoline, fitness areas, large bowling alley with 30 balls, badminton and net... NB: Fireworks are prohibited in the region, therefore on the property. The risk of fire is too high in any season, summer and winter. Other things to note A supermarket is 500 m away. The most beautiful coves of the Côte Bleue are all close by, on foot or by car...
